RPHX Fleet Rank Guide
Purpose:
The ranks below are all of the ranks available to the members and symbolize the core of our Brotherhood. All members should be very familiar with the requirements stated below and must weigh those requirements as benchmarks for Nomination, Approval and Promotion of Brothers and Sisters of the RPHX.
Note:
1) The ranks below which are displayed on Teamspeak, does not pertain to any in-game ranks, only as the RPHX fleet as a whole.
2) In-game ranks are only given out by the CO pertaining to that gaming division.
Note:
There is no provision in this document or any other document sanctioned by the Brotherhood that alleviates, dismisses, looks away or “turns a blind eye” to any infraction of the basic RPHX Code of Member Conduct. All RPHX members must follow the CoC.
This guide is to be used in every event when placement or promotion is in question.

I-Enlisted Ranks
E-0: Recruit (just joined the RPHX)
1) Joined us on Teamspeak.
2) Submitted an RPHX Application Form under "Join US" on the website and approved.
Note: Can not put RPHX tag on in teamspeak until application is submitted and approved.
E-1: Crewman Recruit (PR)
1)30 days of probation as Recruit(E-0).
2)Visits Teamspeak often
E-2: Crewman Apprentice (PA)
1)30 days of probation as a Crewman Recruit.
2)Visits Teamspeak often
E-3: Crewman (PC)
1)30 days of probation as Crewman Apprentice.
2)Visits Teamspeak often
E-4: Petty Officer 3rd Class (PO3)
1)30 days of probation as Crewman.
2)Approved by CO of Department that mainly plays in.
3)On Team Speak often
E-5: Petty Officer 2nd Class (PO2)
1)1 month as E-4
2)Approved by CO of Department that mainly plays in.
3)On Team Speak often
4)Starts to get involved in Forums
E-6: Petty Officer 1st Class (PO1)
1)2 months as E-5
2)Approved by CO of Department that mainly plays in.
3)On team speak regularly
4)Is involved on the forums.
5)Starts to voice ideas.
6)Online Daily
E-7: Chief Petty Officer (CPO)
1)3 months as E-6
2)On Team Speak Daily

E-8: Senior Chief Petty Officer (SCPO)

E-9: Master Chief Petty Officer (MCPO)

Enlisted Rank Notes:
1) *Maximum Enlisted Seniority – This is the highest Enlisted ranking possible. Enlisted cannot obtain higher rank without getting commissioned.
2) **Master Chief Placement - Master Chiefs are for members of old and new who have officer ranks, or higher ranks but are inactive compared to their active counterparts. This is the most respected rank in the entire chain of command because this rank is only obtained by the most loyal members of the RPHX.
II-RPHX Academy Cadet Ranks
With the creation of the Brotherhood Academy (RPA), A Cadet Rank (C-1) has been Sanctioned and Established. As an RPHX Cadet, Cadets are required to adhere to the Rules of the RPA and the Code of Conduct. RPA Cadets will wear the Cadet Rank while enrolled.
III-Commissioned Officer Ranks
Ensign (O-1):
Obtained from Graduation from the RPHX Academy.
Lieutenant Junior Grade (O-2):
1)Should be active in forums and Teamspeak
2)Ensign for 1 month
3)Active in Team speak
4)Active in forums
5)Must start to learn how things within the fleet work.
Lieutenant (O-3):
1)LTJG for 2 months
2)Active in Team speak
3)Active in forums
4)Starts to Show leadership
5)Starts to Voice ideas for fleet
IV) Division Officer Commissioning
Lieutenant Commander (O-4): (XO Eligible Rank)
1)LT for 2 months
2)Active in Team speak
3)Active in forums
4)Starts to Show leadership
5)Must have passed the LCDR Oral Board (Command Staff or Lordship preside)
6)Voices ideas for fleet
7)Shows Leadership by asking for/ obtaining XO positions
8)Online daily or as much as possible.
Commander (O-5) (Secondary XO's when Captains not available, but only if obtained Flag Star)
Note: Can only obtain this rank through promotion, not time in RPHX
1)Very Active in Team speak
2)Very Active in forums
3)Shows leadership
4)Voices ideas for fleet
5)Must have been a XO for at least 1 month, or a XO of two or more divisions for over 2 weeks per division
6)Online Daily
O-6, Captain (O-6) ( Main Rank for XO's)
Note: Can only obtain this rank through promotion, not time in RPHX
1)Very Active in Team speak
2)Very Active in forums
3)Shows leadership
4)Voices ideas for fleet
5)Online Daily
Note: Promotions to Fleet Captain (O-7) and above are handled by the Command Staff and Lordship Council, exclusively.
Note: No rank above Fleet Captain should act as CO. If a CO is needed the XO should fill in with Command staff supervision only. Rear Admirals can hold a CO position until a replacement can be found. This is in extreme circumstances that can be defined if needed.
