RPHX Fleet Rank Guide

Purpose:

The ranks below are all of the ranks available to the members and symbolize the core of our Brotherhood. All members should be very familiar with the requirements stated below and must weigh those requirements as benchmarks for Nomination, Approval and Promotion of Brothers and Sisters of the RPHX.

Note:

There is no provision in this document or any other document sanctioned by the Brotherhood that alleviates, dismisses, looks away or “turns a blind eye” to any infraction of the basic RPHX Code of Member Conduct. All RPHX members must follow the CoC.

This guide is to be used in every event when placement or promotion is in question.

This is the most respected rank in the entire chain of command because this rank is only obtained by the most loyal members of the RPHX.

II-Warrant Commission Ranks

Warrant Commissions are for members who have no desire to ever become an officer and have been a Master Chief for more than 6 months. Warrant Commissions are also reserved for loyal members of the organization, but whose inactivity causes strain on the current Command Structure. An inactive officer may be assigned a Warrant Commission. Once that officer returns, it is up to the Command Staff to grant a request to return that member to his/her previous rank. That choice will be made by necessity, experience and availability.

The Ranks below are respected loyal ranks and will be listened to in High Command matters!
