Will the users be able to buy adaptive camo with silver?

Yes, adaptive camo will be available for silver. Permanent adaptive camo bought with gold will grant certain efficiency, while expendable paint pots for one battle bought with silver will provide users with more effective invisibility.

Another thing is that while permanent camo requires no slots, the one bought with silver is more efficient, which is considered a reasonable balance.

Could you elaborate as to what exactly "Commander Chart" is or what purpose it has and who has access to it?

Commander Chart is a special control tool within company and clan battles (there will be no Commander Chart in Random battles) aimed at increasing battle management efficiency. It’s a special interface that allows a commander to see the entire map (similar to strategy games). It might be presented by an enlarged mini-map with all tanks plotted on it. A commander gives orders, and players get them through special marks in 3D game space.
